Meet Your Mentor
Warm welcome to my website, thank you for coming along and paying a visit. I wanted to let you know a little bit about myself.
I am a CBT therapist who also teaches Meditation and Mindfulness, and Law of Attraction.
After a car accident, I found myself in a very dark place I struggled with anxiety and depression and as a result of this I was afraid to leave the house, I struggled with relationships with my husband and my children.
This went on for several years, I tried counselling and medication, even self-medication (and I can assure you no one wants to go there!) which cost me my marriage in the end.
Nothing really got to the core of the issues and it wasn’t until I went on my own journey of self-discovery through a Mindfulness and Meditation perspective.
It was then I started to realise that there are tools out there and not only are they easily available they are effective and scientifically proven to make a major difference.
So, I embarked on my own inner healing and as a result of going on this journey, I wake up most days with gratitude and looking forward to my day.
What is important now for me is that I have the knowledge and ability to know how to share these tools with you to make your journey easier.

Moment to moment, non- judgmental awareness, cultivated by paying attention. It is a way of connecting to ourselves and our experiences, it encompasses our experience of our life and the world we live in and the miracle of the intricacy we call our body, mind and emotions.
As a mindfulness advocate, I make the process of learning and practicing mindfulness easier, enabling clients to delve into their inner self to realize their strengths and weaknesses.
Meditation is believed to help treat and relieve stress, lessen depression, lower blood pressure and improve sleep while boosting memory and mood. Meditation and mindfulness support great health and well-being and are excellent practices for anybody because they can be done anywhere, at any time.
Through simple and easy to learn techniques and proven effectiveness, a person notices the difference it makes in their life in a short space of time.
The Law of Attraction is a universal law that is based on one simple concept: that you have the power to manifest what you want in your life. Whether it’s a fulfilling career, a loving relationship, better finances, or whatever. The law of attraction says you can attract the life you desire – if we can change the way we think.
Nothing sums up the law of attraction better than these three little words, like attracts like. What this means is, if you think and believe negative things, you will attract negative experiences. Similarly, if you think positive things, that is what you will attract. In other words, to receive the experiences that you want, you need to align the way you think and feel to match those experiences. Like attracts like.
Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy is a combination of mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I will work with you during these one to one sessions to teach you how to use a variety of mindfulness/meditation principles and practices that are designed to equip you with tools to connect with deeper feelings of peace. Helping you to stay well and deal with stress, anxiety and unhappiness better.
You will learn to give yourself space for slowing down and keeping your thoughts in the moment, so that you don’t have the uncomfortable emotional feelings behind your thoughts,
You will find an inner safe place that allows you to be you, and learn to give this place priority, through this mindfulness approach to cognitive therapy.
